Brochure for new property development.
Local property developer, Fernheath Developments, asked us to design and print a brochure for their luxury apartments to be built on the banks of the River Bush in sunny Bushmills.
Firstly, the photography of the site and surrounding areas (including the superb Salmon Station) had to be shot. It was a hot day and liquid lunch was provided by the Bushmills Distillery.
Then all the architect's floor plans had to be amended, coloured and labelled. Text was written and location maps illustrated.
With all the ingredients ready, they were imported into InDesign and the the "PUSH Secret Recipe and Blending Method®" was applied. The result is a high quality printed brochure that perfectly represent these well specc'd luxurious apartments.
Now, anybody want to buy us one...?
